Very satisfied with the quality of these urology instruments. The stainless steel finishing is excellent and the instruments are well balanced and easy to handle. They are durable and suitable for regular surgical use.

I bought a Nathensen retractor from them, they sent me without the necessary connectors, which is 2 in number. After repeated communications, they sent me one but they they are yet to send the other one. I recommend not to buy any instruments from them, the after sales service is non existent
After this review Mr. Dharmendra for Kraft has given me good support and sent me the remaining parts. I am now happy that it is working
THEY WILL SELL ONLY ASSEMBLED (which are box opened and repaired multiple times)LAPRO SYSTEMS. ULTIMATE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, AFTER 18 MONTHS ALSO THEY DIDNT CHANGE SYSTEM OR REPLACE. EVEN THE POWER ADAPTER FOR STORZ MONITOR IS FAKE ONE.THEY WONT RESPOND TO CALLS. WASTE OF MONEY OF ABOVE 10 lAKHS.
Be careful while dealing with with them. Don’t go for expensive items with them.
