We placed an order for deepcleaning of a new house on 11th May after accepting their quotation and agreeing to their terms, but today 10th May evening they informed us that agency was not available tomorrow and we need to look for another agency. Thoroughly unprofessional and not trust worthy. Avoid at all cost.
Spoke to a guy ...says its company policy for a person to come first to look at the area n collect n advance which is cash only . Told me to show rate card says it's not in company policy to show rate card...off hand rs 2000 for cleaning a kitchen...company policy says pay cash w/o bill...
