Third class service ,they got the courier picked from my office took the amount and called me back that I have to pay more which I agreed, I when to there office to make the payment but found my parcel open and repacked very badly on asking why the parcel was open they refused to answer me and said take your money back and leave. The man who was speaking to me was so Mannerless and arrogant. Was not ready to listen. I still don't understand why they opened the parcel and if they wanted to check it they should has done it at my office. In the parcel there where hand painted cloth piece which where again folded in a very bad way which will give my customers a bad impression of me. I will not recommend this branch to anyone. Mannerless man sit in this office , 0 acknowledge of customer service.
