Unprofessional behaviour by workers, chewing pan masala during serving food. Worst quality food.
Serving very bad quality food at Pondicherry Central University hostel mess.
This is not dinner, it’s just water mixed with some masala powders, served by KHFM Hospitality at the Ph.D. Mess, Pondicherry University.
Just 2–3 days ago, they served two-day-old curd after “mixing it” to hide the spoilage.
Even after repeated complaints, the mess manager simply argues and justifies instead of taking responsibility.
How can they treat research scholars like this?
How can such irresponsibility continue in a central university?
We’re not asking for luxury, only for basic, decent food.
We are humans, not numbers on a contract.
KHFM Catering service is excellent and we love the food test, it was very delicious.

In Pondicherry University, KHFM's service is very bad. Contaminated food and bad quality. We get insects from food every day. Used products are using for foods. Many get food poison every week. Very bad hospitality service.
