Met up with Mr. Ketan and Bhoomi reg upcoming renewal of my wife’s and my policies. In the backdrop of excellent explanations and clarifications covering a slew of issues, the renewals were concluded. I have found this Assurance firm to be an well manged set up and professionally motivated in its efforts to provide good, effective and timely service to its constituents.

I have been duped of Rs. 6000/- by Ketan Insurance, by providing me false assurance and wrong facts, which hardly matches the standard of insurance agent they profess to be. I had already renewed my top up policy. They told to repay the entire premium second time within a month of already renewed top up policy, saying that they will rebook and coincide the top up policy date with my main policy. I was reluctant and asked them about my financial loss from the said exercise; whereto they assured me that out of the double premium paid, I would loose only about one month's premium on pro rata basis and they said it would amount to less than 800/- to 900/- The HDFC ERGO also sent me a written confirmation accordingly of my refund amount. Ultimately, i lost Rs. 6000/- in this exercise in form of short refund and now Ketan insurance has changed colours saying that I was short refunded due to age slot change. Was Ketan Insurance not aware of my birthdate and age while they falsely promised me that One month premium only out of premium paid would be deducted on prorata basis. How did such a renowned insurance agency give me advice without checking insurance company premium slots nad gave me false information? My number of e mails and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. The Ketan Insurance is solely responsible for this fraud that has happened to me and should refund my money they made me pay under false information, and lying to me.
