Superb Service
Excellent service! He arrived fully equipped with all the necessary tools and parts, and fixed my laptop at home within just 2 hours. I’m really impressed with his professionalism, and the charges were very reasonable too.
I have been working with Karthik Computers for the last 10 years. I have not faced any problem. It is 100% genuine. People's comments are wrong. Please do not post wrong comments.
Cheater and Fraud Shop.Behaviour of Mr Kartik also very rowdy and rough.Have installed 3 CCTV cameras in our home out of which One was damaged by him during installation.when we reported it to him,he argued and told that we have damaged it and when told him to give us service by repairing the camera,after repeatedly following up for one week he visited our home and said nothing can be done by him and told that he is the dealer and his work is only to supply the camera and we have to visit the service centre personally to repair it.
I told him that it is not like that and as per enquiry with other cctv vendors it was informed that the service provider/vendor has to provide a substitute camera and take the damge camera for repair and service and after it is repaired he has to fix it back.But when we told him to do it he told let me see what I can do and never returned back for providing us the service.
We installed the cameras from him on 02/06/2023 and within a period of twenty days we reported him regarding the problem but was deprived of service.
Before installation the deal of the 3 cameras was finalised with an total amount of Rs.14400/-.
But during installation he overcharged Rs.750/-in the name of installation.and told if we will not pay he will not give us service.
But anyway he is not providing any service and putting false blame on the customer to avoid providing service.
I have never seen this type of vendor in my whole life.Thinking people are fool and he is a mastermind.
I will definitely file consumer case in the name of the person so that he will compensate the loss of goods and overall harassment caused by him.
We request all of you to be aware of this shop and person and not recommended it to anybody.
Worst and painful experience 😔
Worst experience ever. I request everyone that Don't go there if you don't like your device. Went there twice and both the time my device came back with new issue and when you question then they get angry. I thought I'll share my experience so that it doesn't happen with others and now my laptop is just a scrapbook with no working speakers and my new keyboard went for a toss and Webcam is also gone. I wish they had zero star option.
