Star – Serious Abuse and Total Failure of Care - DANGEROUS AGENCY
I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering this agency.
A caretaker sent by this agency physically harmed my elderly father while under their supervision. This is not an accusation made lightly — the incident is fully captured on CCTV video. There is clear, undeniable evidence of abuse.
This agency is entrusted with the care of vulnerable people, and they failed at the most basic level: keeping an elderly person safe. What happened was not just negligence, it was dangerous and unacceptable.
If you are looking for compassionate, professional care for an aging loved one, do not take the risk with this agency. No apology, explanation, or refund can undo physical harm to a defenseless senior. Families trust caretakers with their parents’ lives — and this agency broke that trust completely.
I strongly urge anyone reading this to think twice. Once damage is done, there is no undo button.
As far as staff of Karmabhoomi is concerned they r very cordial n very patient in understanding the needs of their clients. Caretakers r very good n they have looked after my mother very well. We r very satisfied with their services.
