I had a terrible service experience. My new Activa came back with multiple scratches after its very first service, and they didn’t even bother to wash it. When I raised the issue with the person in charge, instead of apologizing, he started arguing with us. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst service ever i have Given my vehicle like 3 times for the same issue 3 bar same issue ke vajha se jana pada or paise to aise charge karte hai jaise five star hotel hoo i really dont like there service i suggest anyone to dont go there worst service center ever the person there is only for making money kuch problem solve nahi hota if they give you a bill of 785 Rs take extra money i am sure they will add extra money by saying its for amc service this and that if you are taking money atleast kam to accha karo bande ko bar bar same problem leke ana pade ap buss paise nakalvao its really not fair
Very bad service been mentioned free 3service ,why are they charging the client money that to 728rs for the first service and the bill was maid of 728rs and while the time I was paying the bill they charged me 978rs .I asked them why so much the workers said and addition oil was applied by their said , which the guy who was making the bill forgot to meetion it . Services by their side only for the warnity to be punched is a biggest scam please do the needful and stop this scam
Very disappointed with them they are only for make money. two wheelers serviceing nahi kerte wash ker k return ker dete hai. This is my 5th and last to this service centre i never recommend to any one to visit this place. They mentioned for Kick greasing of rs 250 on local people they have done only 80 rupees oil v salle pura n daalte don’t go fresher fresher mechanic hai kuch kaam n kerte.
Pathactic service centre, amount change person to person, same Suzuki authorized service center charge different amount but this service center charge different (more than any other service center).
Waste of money, service quality is very poor.
I would like to give negative star if their any negative star rating.
I would recommend don't go for this service center if you want your bike to stay longer with you.
