Too tooo toooooo toooooooo bad response.. very pathetic , lazy and idiotic people in kalaelkar pvt.ltd.. Since 1 week I'm calling them for instruments.. mailed requirement also.. every time when ever I call them they will ask through which mail I have send mail.. but after cutting call no reply , no msg to phone....now I changed my opinion on kalelkar productions.. for purchasing they not giving response, if anything happens to product what was the situation.. guys have no sense there..
In the first place their attitude towards the customers was very very bad in 2009-10 when i last bought instruments from them.
All the instruments I bought have become useless in just 2years while I continue to use instruments bought from them by my dad in the eighties.
Quality seems to have surely taken a hit.
Pathetic response.
Landline is not working properly. Telephone operator poor /attendant doesn't have courtesy to call from a phone that works. It's like the need is yours.. so you try. Have called dozen times. Emailed the required list.no reply to mail either. V nice and impressive. Only name .. service???
