I visited the Kajaria showroom in Mumbai after scouting two other competitors, and the experience was very good.
While their main showroom is tucked away discreetly—almost too quietly for a business of this caliber—the service was absolutely up to the mark.
An employee from their boutique shop physically guided us to the main showroom, which was a nice gesture.
We dealt directly with the owner, whose enthusiasm and willingness to go beyond our specific requirements were impressive.
Delivery was flawless and arrived exactly when promised.
While I believe they should invest in bigger banners to match their good quality, their service certainly speaks for itself.
I’m already looking into their intercity capabilities for future projects. Of course that part is not yet tested by myself. But the satisfaction quotient being high, I would try that too.
