I had a great experienced with this platform and definitely recommend it to my family and friends. We were not satisfied with the maid for second time. The staff was so cooperative they helped us for the replacement, very supportive staff and cooperative excellent customer support.

Very poor service. They take advance payment very quickly and keep calling repeatedly until the payment is made. However, after receiving the advance, they do not provide proper maid service.
If the maid does not suit your requirement, they take a very long time to provide a replacement, and sometimes they do not respond to calls at all. When you call regarding your maid requirement or replacement, they often do not answer the phone.
They don’t have refund policy also. It seems they do not have enough maids available. The only time they respond quickly is when they want to collect payment.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service. Also, do not rely only on the positive reviews as many of them seem fake.
