I am specifically appreciate to, Mr. Nadeem, Mr. Shubham and Rahul Pawar. They provided services from inquiry to delivery. The team was responsive and caring. They never ignored any of our calls and even responded late at night, understanding our concerns and replying quickly.

I received a walker delivery through the porter, but one of the screws was missing right from delivery. I contacted Shubham(Take care of Pune Branch) multiple times, but no proper response or resolution was provided. The delay has been frustrating and unsafe - the walker was unstable, and I even slipped once because of it.
I also tried escalating this issue several times over calls but didn’t get any update. Very disappointed with the handling of this matter. I request the head office to take immediate action and ensure such issues don’t happen again.
