Though we did not buy the auto soap dispensers from JKD we contacted them directly on help line available on their website. Heena from the office assisted us by assigning Prem who is their technician. The defect in few of the machines was fixed immediately to our satisfaction and moreover a follow up call was made from their office to check on our customer satisfaction
This is no less than a hospitality service.
