I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to one of your authorized dealerships. The experience was nothing short of pathetic.
The staff at the dealership were completely unprofessional and discourteous. Not only did they fail to answer the most basic questions I had about tyre options, warranty, and availability, but their rude attitude made the entire interaction extremely unpleasant. It was clear that they had no interest in assisting customers or even engaging in a respectful conversation.
I had chosen JK Tyre based on its strong reputation, but this dealership’s behavior has completely shaken my trust in the brand. If this is the standard of customer service you endorse, I would seriously reconsider choosing your products in the future — and certainly not recommend them to others.
I urge you to look into this matter seriously. Customers deserve better treatment when they are putting their trust and money into a brand.

as i replaced the tyre for my toyota corolla altis - 2 tubeless 205/65 R15 jk ZEPHYR tyre for 11,500 approx
And 1 tyre claimed in warranty by paying 700 additional
wheel alignment around 350 Rs and warranty on wheel alignment will be 1 month
as a customer I felt that closing time should be around 8:00 or 8:30 PM
Excellent service provided by mr. Ramchandra replaced my scooter tyre under warranty
Excellent service provided by Mr Ramachandra , my tyre had a cut and he helped alot in replacing the same under warranty. Also Mr Ali provided quick service in replacing and installing.
