I had a very disappointing experience with Jet Freight Logistics, and I strongly advise against trusting them with your shipments. I handed them one of my sea shipments based on a quote they provided, only for them to later refuse to honor the terms they had initially agreed upon. Without my approval, they sent the shipment, and when I inquired, I received no response from their side.
When the material reached the consignee's port, my client faced significant issues in releasing the shipment due to unresolved payment issues—all because Jet Freight didn’t honor the commercial terms they themselves had provided. I was in contact with Mr. Bryan, but he completely ignored my calls and emails once I questioned the unexpected price hike.
As a result, my shipment was stuck at the port, and I had to bear an extra loss of approximately ₹80,000 to release the goods, simply to prevent further losses for my client. Despite repeatedly requesting to escalate the matter to the company's Managing Director, I was denied any contact, likely because they were well aware of their fault.
Mr. Satyajeet & Mr Bryan were just trying to get away from the mistake which they had made.
This experience has taught me not to trust such a large company for critical shipments, and I have email proof of the entire mishandling of this situation. I suffered a significant financial loss due to their unprofessionalism, and I would not recommend anyone rely on Jet Freight Logistics for their logistics needs.
There is much more to tell but this review section cant justify what I had faced during that time.
