A place to avoid - u can go to the worst rated store on Google and still get better service as compared to jet cartridge
We have bought multiple things from them and I will review every single one here
1)Software - So firstly they are selling a pirated copy of the actual software for 6000rs and on top of that are also charging 18% as gst that too while they are selling a pirated copy....
Ohh the software drama doesn't stop there - their software would get logged out every single month and the moment u contact them regarding customer support which they claimed was lifetime - they straightaway claim that we don't see any other purchases done from us - they won't provide customer support unless and untill u buy their overpriced supplies from them - and I literally had it when I asked them to provide support regarding the logged out software and the first thing they said was - what else did u buy from us - where I stated that recently in the last 2 months I didn't buy anything and they simply denied customer service for the software stating buy our overpriced supplies or u are not eligible for support infact they even had the audacity to ask for ink images stating "Mujhe jo aapne ink khreedi thi uska dabba hatakar bottle me photo bhejo tabhi hum support provide krege" warna agar aap humse jo ink market me 2000 ki milti hai wo 4000 dekar nahi loge toh hum aapko jo software ka aapne 6000 pay Kiya hai uska support nahi dege
Think twice before purchasing anything from such goon establishments - even we recommended people earlier but realized it such a big crappy establishment
2)Melting Oven - So while facing issues for melting for the first 4 months - we asked them if they had any solutions and all they did was upsell us items - and we were mentally forced to buy the melting oven from them - a new one and believe me the moment we purchased that crap and opened it - the steel front was literally rusty which they claim is normal and I am like you are asking us to pay 10000 rs for a melting oven and moreover u are not even providing a new oven and still u have the audacity to claim that it's normal while we can clearly see the rust?
3)A4 Papers - this has to be the worst A4 paper available in the market - such low quality papers that we are barely using it only and only for nozzle checks - such is the quality of A3 papers as well
We also Bought Htv vinyls and even there the quality is way bad while it's twice the amount of vinyls available in Pune or delhi
Avoid the ruckus - avoid the headache - simply avoid jet cartridge
If you have time to read this please read and then purchase anything from here Don't purchase anything from here. I purchase Epson l8050 and it stop working in 1 week so I thought just like every other electronic 1 in a 1000 piece got faulty but the i didn't even think that the maintenance service is that much horrible they charge service charges for 1 week use printer to just identify the problem and if any part is faulty or damaged they charge for that part as well and just to be clear this is happening just after 1 week of installation not 1 month or 2 month and do you know what kind of services they offered to me. We contact for maintenance but everyone is busy no one have time for us
Very bad customer service. They sell defect products and then they don't give proper response and also don't agree to that they have given defect products. Horrible and irrational behaviour of the staff.
