Horrible experience honestly. The constant upselling was extremely annoying. There’s a clear difference between making recommendations and trying to sell customers more expensive products at every opportunity, and this place crossed that line. I came to relax and pamper myself, not sit through a sales pitch. It was SO in your face
The pedicure was done very badly, my nails are bleeding and the staff who did my pedicure were rude and unwelcoming. I left feeling disappointed and would never come back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Shouib for my hair colour at JCB kemps. He understood exactly what I wanted, guided me professionally, and the final result was perfect. The colour looks natural, even, and suits me beautifully. Highly recommend Shouib for anyone looking for expert hair colouring also the front desk staff was also warm, polite, and very helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Shouib was a great stylist and his service was really good especially his sense of cut and how the hair should look and feel even after a week to minimise the set in time for the haircut right from the minute you step out of the place. Would highly recommend him.
