Selling parts at mrp and other sellers are giving discounts. If I have to purchase parts on mrp then why shouldn't I go to authorise service centre. Shop owner cheat on us, whithout informing he changes the parts and after that he is saying that it's not my fault on top of that he is blaming us that we should stand there while our vehicle is getting service. I recommend everyone not to give your vehicle here to service or purchase any parts from here instead visit authorise service centre atleast you will have trust of getting original parts and experienced mechanic.

I had a terrible experience at this service shop. I gave my Activa 5G for servicing, I asked the owner for an overall estimate, he said ₹4,000-₹5,000, excluding the ₹1,400 labor charge. He took my number and told me that he will call if any other parts needed replacing, but I never received any calls. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was shocked to find that they had changed 35 parts, including major ones like the rear shock absorbers, belt, and lever, without my consent. The total cost was ₹9,000 just for parts, plus ₹1,500 for labor, far exceeding the estimate. Despite arguing for over 2½ hours, the owner refused any discount, and blaming the laborers. He even said it was my responsibility to supervise the work for hours, which is unrealistic. The lack of communication and overcharging make this shop highly untrustworthy.
I recommend everyone not to give your vehicle here. He charges the full MRP for all parts, and that too without providing a bill. If we're paying MRP prices, why not go to an Honda authorized service center where you can at least expect original parts with proper bill?
I gave my Activa 5g for Serving, then mechanic opened my Activa in front of me and he said that clutch faceset is broken so I asked him the price of that part so he told me 1300 and then I asked the owner that what will be the estimate cost of overall Serving including that part he said 4k to 5k without labour charge and labour charge was 1400.
Then owner took my contact No. and he told that whichever parts needs to be change he will call me and ask whether I have to change or not but I didn't receive any call from him. When I went to pickup my vehicle he show me the list of parts change and there were around 30/35 parts change and he even change my vehicles rear shocups, belt, leaver and many more things he didn't even called me and asked weather I have to change that parts or not.
Total cost of parts changed was 9k excluding labour cost which was 1500 and he gave me estimate of 4k to 5k, how can he change so much parts without taking my permission. The clutch parts itself costed 4k.
I argued with him for 2½ hours but he was not ready to give any single discount for his fault and all parts are giving at mrp price.
Then owner is playing blame game that Its not my fault at all, labour asked me the parts I gave to him and owner is also saying its your fault also you have to stand here and do Serving in front of you like we are free to stay there for 6 to 8 hours we don't have any other work.
Its totally shop keepers fault he should call me before changing the big parts.
Worst experience ever, I recommend everyone not to give your vehicle here for anything. If I have to give money of parts at mrp price then why should I give to local shop I can give to Honda authorized service center atleast I have guarantee to get all orignal parts with guarantee or warranty with bill.
One stop pit for all your beloved machine all required genuine parts can be easily found here especially for ktm bajaj hero and honda as they are authorized sellers great skilled mechanic will easily track your issues and fix them in front of your eyes no monkey buisness might feel bit overpriced labour to hear but when u see the quality of work done will give u satisfaction definitely you will feel your engine feel as new after getting serviced here no better option in mira road other then jansons
