I am writing this as the co-owner of the building which is directly opposite to Kangaroo Kids, Parel east branch. I am extremely concerned with the kind of values your company holds. Not sure if your security personnel are supposed to take care of the people or property they are assigned to or act like 'goondas' and damage other people's property which has nothing to do with the task they have been assigned. One of your security guards named 'Ram', who works for Kangaroo Kids, Parel east branch has been harassing us on behalf of the school. The concerned school is directly opposite to us across a lane. He is involved in illegal cutting down of branches (road facing) of a tree that is within our premises (private property), he was a part of the school team that was involved in the cutting of the branches on Monday morning, 8th July 2024. Even after being asked to stop by my family, he and the school team did not stop, which promotes threatening behavior and that too towards senior citizens. Not sure if he thinks he is a part of BMC (the only body that has right to touch branches facing road (public property) and there too they inform the private property owners if the trees are within the premises of the private property) or if he and the school thinks they own public properties like roads/lanes, or does he look down on the local residents and the Maharashtrian community.
He seems to have absolutely no regards for law or local residents and their properties. Firstly, the school including this guard rarely monitors lane traffic caused due their own cars and blame the residents, secondly, they blatantly promote 2 wheeler parking in our gates that is besides the school ladies standing in our entrance and blocking the gate. Will he and the the school dare this illegal action in an area like Peddar road or Bandra? Or is he flying high on the basis of the brand name and is being backed by money, power, and political influence. Or is he eyeing my property which is across the lane and not even touching this school? The branch head has been threatening everyone saying ''you don't know who I am and what I can do''. The school has also tried using influence on bmc and local police to harass people. The school makes the residents wait in queue when their cars come and they fight with the locals and threaten them if anyone questions. Your security guard has been a part of all these activities.
I am also worried as to what if basis money and power these people (the school authorities, their security, their families) harm my family or damages my property? What are we supposed to do as a common man? I have not added the video here.
The service of JS security is unmatchable in mumbai.
