Very disappointing experience with iThink Logistics. The service quality is extremely poor and unreliable. Shipments are frequently delayed and when problems occur, there is almost no proper support from their team.

The assigned managers, Mr. Abhishek Jaishwal and Sonali Shinde, were completely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. Instead of resolving issues, they kept delaying responses and failed to provide proper updates or solutions. It felt like there was no accountability at all.

For a business that depends on timely logistics, this kind of service is very frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is weak, support is ineffective, and overall management is disappointing.

I would not recommend iThink Logistics to any business looking for reliable shipping support.

Good experience so far. our RTO rate is under control with ITL now. NDR handling, reimbursement for lost and found cases is also good. What i feel is what matters is your relationship manager (first POC). If he/she knows how to get work done then you are at peace.
Quick response & actions from our relationship manager made our life less stressful.

So far so good. Shall update in a month's time.

I am writing this review after 2 months of affiliation with this company and therefore downgrading the stars from 3 to 1. I am mentioning the reasons below :
1. The concerned manager is least bothered regarding the queries and issues with the deliveries and return orders, the response time is days and not hours. They respond if they like to at their will. Horrible sense of importance and urgency. The manager has not been changed after multiple requests from our side.
2. There were a couple of instances of theft from the delivery services that operate under their umbrella for which all proofs were submitted but again zero response.
3. The full size cartons can't be sent- as per this company but then the site allows us to do so and in many instances the delivery companies did carry the shipments. The ambiguity and dichotomy is again beyond our understanding. Zero explanations for the same.
3. The only good thing about the company is the user friendly interface that allows us to navigate and book the stuff easily for which I would rate them as one star.

I, however believe that if the people who are the POCs are trained better and take more accountability and genuinely try to engage with the brands, the mitigation of the above issues is possible.
