This store doesn't deliver what it shows.recently we got an sofa cum bed made frm this shop. In their shop they showcase high class product with different design and when u gve them order .they don't make it as per the order
The cushioning was nt good
The back rest was so hard,as it had low density foam. Nor the back rest had proper finishing. Nor the seat cushioning was good. Everything lacked in terms of quality.
On the arm rest there was a cup holder design which we didn't wanted. Rather than closing it properly with cushioning they just covered it with material.which make it feel hollow.
There is no proper response from these ppl
They were so adamant and stubborn that only after full payment he will deliver the product.this was a first experience that before the product is delivered we had to gve full payment. The person who ever he has just no curtousey how to speak and hw to deal with customer.
It was a biggest mistake to get product from this shop.
Whoever visits this shop.dont make the same mistake.
This store only deliveries bad experience. Mohsin didn't pick my call after taking advance and I had to reach out to him everytime .. terrible at communicating with the customers...didn't even bother to call me back for a week for any update.. just disappeared completely .Firstly they delayed my order , took advance on time though. Secondly , they didn't send any video of the finished product which was promised, I myself had to visit their workshop site , which was congested and covered in trash ,
And Lastly the delivery was given to me at an oddly hour late at night and the finished product had so many faults.. the handles are uneven , doors are mis aligned.. the wood quality is poor ...Mohsin promised to send a carpenter at my place to fix it then he stopped taking my calls.
I mean what kind of shop are these people running, full of liars and scammers no wonder why their products are in worst condition because the manufacturing place itself is so dirty .
Iris furniture is good at serving lies and bad products .. do not buy from this shop
I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Iris Furniture honestly impressed me. The furniture quality is really good — solid build, clean finish, and looks very stylish in my space.
What I liked the most was their on-time delivery. No delays, no confusion — everything arrived exactly when they said it would.
And their after-sales service is genuinely amazing. They actually pick up your calls, answer everything clearly, and help you out without any hassle.
Overall, great quality, punctual delivery, and superb customer service. I’d definitely shop from them again.
I ordered a few pieces from Iris Furniture and my overall experience was really impressive. The quality of the furniture is genuinely good — sturdy, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures shown. You can immediately feel that the materials used are premium.

I recently purchased 2 sofa's from the Irish Furniture and have been thoroughly disappointed with the experience.
1. The sofa frame was damaged, indicating poor handling or construction.
2. The wood used feels substandard and lacks durability.
3. Torn pillows, bad stitching and the cushions inside had tears, and the stitching was uneven and frayed.
These defects suggest inadequate quality control. Attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating, with delayed responses and no resolution. Considering the price, I expected better craftsmanship and service. based on this experience will not recommend to anyone. wasted my money and my trust... 😡
