I recently engaged Intime services for our new property purchase legal documentation. They have been extremely thorough in their work, very good turnaround time. Their work is very professional. Also, their approach is very friendly and it's very comfortable to deal with them. They explain legal concepts in a simplistic manner which are otherwise very difficult to understand.

This place was suggested by one of my friend who had been a satisfied customer for the registration and stamp duty of his property. Hence thought of going for consultation . Found them to be thorough with the property matters and the solution provided by the team was appreciated. They guide you with your outstanding registration and stamp duty matters. Ready to guide you on phone if you have any doubts. Punctual if you have a prior appointment. Easy to locate.
I went here for performing proceeds on buying flat without broker. They have enormous experience about property deals and suggest proper due diligence irrespective of the client. They maintain professional standards and ensure proper documentation. There were alot of documents processed by them with sellers which were not required at the time but proved helpful later.
Only downside is that you have to visit their office every time you need document transactions.
Very bad experience. They can only cater well to a specific community and also the people who blindly believe in people like them. For a rented property with a fix rent of ₹25000 per month and ₹1 lakh as fix deposit anybody else will charge 6000 to 6500 approx. Intime charged 7950₹ plus later asked for some more chillar amount ( I guess they were not satisfied enough) above that staff commits error while processing the documents or while asking you to sign those. After registration it's a job of the Agent to complete the police verification. Intime is located nearby the main police station of Mulund West and they say that they don't do it. Tenant has to go himself. Am not worried as I have enough contacts to do this job for me. However it will be troublesome for a person who is not aware of the procedures.
They are just to loot the money and not to help or provide service. There are better people compared to intime in Mulund East and West. Please beware. Will never go there ever again plus its a sincere request to all the educated people not to fall prey to such service providers.
