Mr. Imran bhai, the owner of Infinity Furniture Gallery is a very customer friendly person. We purchased a queen size double bed, a 7ftx2ftx8ft20inch custom built sliding door with 54inch mirror in the front to accommodate the column, a dinning table with 4 chairs with marble top, and a 3 seater sofa-cum-bed with recliner. He visited with his head carpenter Mr. Kaleem twice, once to take measurements of our bedroom and hall to suggest us the appropriate measurements for these 4 furnitures, and 2nd time during the installation. After installation of these, we found a small discolored spot on fabric of the sofa and reported the matter. We were surprised that within 2/3 days Imran bhai send his workers and took back the sofa and returned it after changing the fabric of the sofa and we are very with this true example of customer service. We have also requested him to provide 4 more smaller shelves for our cupboard, which he has agreed to do after the Diwali rush is over. We are very satisfied with their workmen ship.

Had a very bad experience while dealing with this shop.
We had ordered a custom made wardrobe from this shop. The guy Sufiyan had agreed for everything, advance was paid and we even got the receipt. A week later the guy calls us and mentions that the mirror which was agreed initially cannot be installed and we will have to pay extra for it. With no other option we even agreed to pay for it. The delivery was delayed by more than a week. The wardrobe delivered was of inferior quality and had crack in the laminate on the shelf and bubbles at few places. It seemed like a second hand furniture rather than a brand new one. We were chasing Sufiyan for over a month to get this corrected and the guy was extremely rude and was not even answering our calls. Finally when I visited their shop they agreed to send someone. Even after the repair it seemed like a quick fix and we had to live with it since we had already paid for the wardrobe.
If you want a good quality furniture and amazing experience then this shop should not even be considered. In case you want a poor quality furniture and pathetic after service then definitely this is the best spot for you.
