Extremely poor customer service and very stubborn attitude of Neha…I am not surprised reading the other reviews which have similar complains about her….I bought 4 boxes for samples to just see…out of which one was damaged…she was so stubborn that she refused to exchange and give the other design 10 boxes…dont think will visit this place again ever…Bandra Arife box or Kullu box are much better in customer service and then do understand what customer want, unlike these guys.

Neha a piece of advice for you “ we are customers, and customer is always right “ learn this and the easy or hard way. Will help you and your business.

Guys don’t waste your time here.

Best space in Mumbai for chocolate and confectionery packaging.

Wide range of bakery packaging is there.

If you wanna visit and purchase then its a good option... but during festival time they lower the prices and will not specify the delivery charges.... within mumbai for a parcel worth Rs.120 they are charging 160 for delivery. Online delivery is a scam

I ordered
4types of plastic boxes
2 types of cardboard box
And happy rakshabhand mold

3rd class service they send me wrong order , I told them about that they didn't even bother to enentrain you, pathetic service, the didn't even read the whtasapp messages, it you received wrong products they never replace the order. If you looking for boxes go through the market and buy it your self don't order online, the product not as you seen in website, they are very small, size was not good if your order 7*3box the lead was not in same size, smaller than the box.

Don't order from here

Buy it your self at any store near you
Don't order online through ipfkart. Your will regret it for sure

I will take it forward to consumers forum

Thank you for your 3rd class products and services
