Worst service, even after multiple calls for more than 2 months no one came to do the servicing, and after that when it stops working, now one came to check, we took the machin for the check, no response for more than a week, staffs lies some one says it's not checked yet, someone says it's checked and this part is not working, multiple lies, staff name RUMA, SUMAN. giving multiple reasons for not doing work on time. Company management should understand that there are multiple people doing WFH and they face problems due to no proper service from this useless staff.

Pathetic service, no co ordination between office staff and service person. Never come as per appointment. Go for some better option
