Worst of the worst.
Never going to opt for this company ever again.

I had provided all the necessary documentation for the cancellation of my policy and the associated refund request. However, the timeframe provided for this process is quite disappointing or I must say pathetic.

I had request that the cancellation for my policy be processed promptly and that my refund be issued at the earliest opportunity since I had some urgent requirement of funds however, A delay of more than a month for the cancellation and refund is not acceptable.

A case number has been assigned to every email I have sent regarding cancellation and refund requests since the beginning of the month of September which is quite disappointing. The initial policy setup took only about five minutes for the funds to be transferred from my bank account, yet the process for cancellation and refund has now extended beyond a month.

Hence, now I am leaving a negative review regarding India first and will not recommend anyone to choose any plans offered by this company.

Very upset with the quality of service they provide

1. Worst call centre staff
2. No defined process for policy surrender
3. The kind of interest they show in follow up for premium payment is not shown in refund
4. I have invested as NRI and still struggling for 3 months to get my refund . Operations and call centre don’t talk to each other
5. Each call centre staff feel as if he /she is manager
6. Very unprofessional staff and after a great struggle and follow up they have refunded to a wrong account

I strongly recommend not to invest in this company unless you have decided to forget your money

Not even worth a 1 star but giving it as it is the least in ratings. After multiple follow ups, it took them around 2 months to cancel/close policy. Agents hardly reply. Whenever they do, they just say that it's submitted from their side and it's sent for review and approval. They also said that overall India First is short staffed in such cases. Customer Service reply after their "so called" TAT (Turn Around Time) mentioned in their fancy auto generated email. Grievance is a sitting duck and a mute spectator with no response even in case of escalation. Absolutely pathetic and horrible service for a simple policy cancellation/closure. Extremely displeased and dissatisfied with the service. Would never go to Bank of Baroda for a Home Loan as IndiaFirst is spoiling it's brand name. Improve your customer service.

Most cheapest agents and customer care services. Never ever call on customer care services. My 10 lakh rs. Is in locking period for 9 years without any information by their cheapest agent Jitesh makwana. Just half information during giving policy and rest half when u want to withdraw your money.

Beware of these fraudsters.

I have had a very bad experience with these frauds.

All our policy details are exposed by their agents to third parties and they make fraud calls, asking to pay premium in fraud accounts. Their agents are big frauds who sell our data to third parties (Scamsters… Frauds) and make money.

India First might also be involved in this scam, because these agents have all our details which only the company should have. Either our details are shared with these fraudsters or SOLD to these fraudsters on commision basis.

These fraudsters literally have each and every details of our policy.

The question is HOW?

Think twice before buying any policy from India First.
