This is one of the WORST SERVICES YOU WILL BE OPTING FOR. I opted for express delivery and it has been 5 days I have still not recived my complete courier. My family had sent two boxes out of which I recieved only one box. Immediately I called up the Iplanet Mumbai office guys without even confirming with his team he mentioned that it is stuck in CUSTOMS. Next day when I called him saying the tracking portal is showing both boxed delieverd he said I will confirm and let you know in 10 min and still haven't recived any update and on top of that this GUY NAME SHUBHAM HAS BLOCKED ME and HASN'T PROVIDED ANY UPDATE. After this I tried calling another number of Iplanet they also dont have any update about my courier And this guy named AMIT GUPTA starts arguing with me without providing me any details and falsely mentioning that he has dropped a mail to DPD services I asked them to loop me but they are so resistant to loop me or provide me exact details of where my courier is why it is not delieverd on time with box 1 and the reason behind all these scenarios.
Not to mention the pick up serivce price they fixed with me and on the time on pick up they asked more than the fixed price. I had to argue over there too before getting the refund for extra price they charged!!!!!!
I have dropped a mail to iplanet INFO although they responsed with DPD tracking number for my another box, but the DPD WEBSITE shows they HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL.

THESE GUYS ARE SO ANNOYING AND RESISTANT TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATE ON WHERE THE EXACT LOCATION OF MY PARCEL IS AND WHY THERE WAS SUCH A DELAY

WORST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER NOT EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR BUT I HAVE TO PUT OTHERWISE GOOGLE WON'T LET ME POST.

Absolutely the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel to Europe took over a month to get delivered completely unacceptable! The customer service was unresponsive, gave false updates, and took no responsibility for the delay. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company don’t fall into their trap of fake promises and poor service. They are unreliable and unprofessional, and I regret trusting them with my shipment. Save your time, money, and peace of mind choose a reputed courier instead.
