Outstanding workmanship and complete professionalism. Mr.Raju has exceptional technical knowledge and a deep understanding of automotive mechanics. He accurately diagnosed the suspension issues in my car and recommended replacing the shock absorbers only after a proper inspection — no guesswork, no unnecessary replacements.
The installation was done with precision, and the difference in ride quality is immediately noticeable. The vehicle now feels stable, well-balanced, and significantly smoother over uneven roads and speed breakers. There is no unwanted noise or instability anymore — the suspension response is tight and controlled.
What truly sets Mr. Raju apart is his honesty and integrity. He explains the problem clearly, suggests practical solutions, and focuses on long-term reliability rather than short-term billing. It’s rare to find a garage owner who combines technical expertise with such transparency.
If you value quality workmanship, correct diagnosis, and trustworthy service, I highly recommend him.
I have been looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic since a long time. This garage is very well organized and maintained. Rajuji is a very transparent and honest mechanic and is knowledgeable and has all the tools necessary to keep cars in top shape. His expertise helped me solve issues in my Honda City. He gives good advice and is transparent.
The team is also very knowledgeable and give attention to detail while working. The garage is also very organized and its nice to see such attention to detail.
HSM Auto have been prompt with their services. Very professional and transparent in their services. Best place where you can rely on. Everyone has been helpful there and understanding. Their turn around time is really quick. Recommend everyone to use their services.
Fantastic shop ! Highly recomend ! I am genuienly happy for the prompt and quality service provided by this garage. They have professional and skilled mechanics to check every componant which even the original service center guys fail to do based on my previous experience. The shop is equiped with quality tools and they use original accessories for any repairs or replacements. The Owner of this shop is very genuine and he provided me line by line information on each service. The service cost was very resonable and I will continue to visit this shop when required for service intervals as they have build good trust with their valuable service.
I got my Jeep Compass serviced with them. Had been serving my car from them from ages. My dad started getting his car serviced from him since 1998, then when I got my first car..... I become his customer as well. I grew up seeing our serviced from HSM auto garage, and now it feels so good when I am getting my car serviced from them. The owner is very genuine, great team and the cleanest garage I had ever seen in Mumbai. Had already recommended my friends to get their car serviced from them. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
