Absolute nightmare. This is easily the most unprofessional, condescending company I have ever encountered. They don't just provide poor service; they treat their tenants with total contempt. Dealing with their staff is degrading. They talk down to you, ignore urgent requests, and act as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you live in their properties. It is clear they view residents as nothing more than a paycheck, stripped of any basic respect. Do not sign a lease here unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. Total scammers with zero integrity.
Stay far away.
I considered Housewise for managing my property over the other renowned property management company in area. I was assured good service, but as it has two sides, until I was with the sales team. Things are pretty good.. all the promises are made which you wanna hear, but when time comes to see it in action things become blur
Slowly, when my operation manager was appointed, it took a U-turn. No timely updates, was not even agreeing to establish a phone call everything over email, whereas WhatsApp is more convenient in this busy world, unless I really had to make it formal.
Being a property management company, they are the one who is supposed to give me updates on timely manner and run everything on time. Unfortunately, here I was the one who had was them about the timely updates. Still reply used to be after 4 to 5 days …
Unfortunately, I still have my business with them. Let’s see if there is any scope of improvement. I shall see and update accordingly my reviews, but so far, not really happy..
I had an excellent experience with Housewise while selling my apartment. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Although I am interested in taking their services because their process appears streamlined, my experience so far has been a setback. While Google shows that Housewise operates 24 hours, in reality, there is only one representative assigned as the point of contact, working strictly within her own timings. Even when I contacted her during those hours, there was no immediate response.
I have been requesting client references to understand others’ experiences with Housewise, but all three contacts provided have been unavailable. For a property management service—especially one often used by owners living abroad or in other cities—genuineness and reliable feedback are crucial.
At this stage, I find Google reviews alone insufficient to gauge their reliability, and I believe their accessibility and transparency need significant improvement before I can move forward with confidence.
