Really don't like the lack of communication and promptness.
After the initial site visit, I was promised of a plan, quote and some options of flowering plants for my personal terrace. It's been more than 2 weeks I am following with the person on phone, who keeps on says that he'll send me the details in some time. The whole day passes and nothing comes through.
Honestly if there is no interest to execute the project then I am not sure why is customer's time wasted over false promises.
