Got my 3 BHK in Goregaon designed by Home Makers recently and I have to say I definitely made the right choice. They listened to my preferences and gave me suggestions that worked perfectly for my home. Shreya was with me since day one and she understood my taste and thanks to the team - My home now looks exactly as the 3D designs that Kesar had designed meticulously.

Had a great experience with Home Makers Interior. The designers were easy to talk to and very patient with our questions and changes. They gave sensible suggestions and helped us make the right choices for our 2 BHK without pushing unnecessary things. The end result looks beautiful and functional. A bit on the pricey side but definitely recommend as they give life-time warranty which no other interior designers are giving.

It's been already one year since we have shifted to the house made by Home Decor,

I would never thought I might have to write a review to make these people realise what kind of professionalism they have showed by accepting this project.

In the initial phase all the follow up and deadlines were reached right on the stop but the real phase started when we delayed a payment for few days for which they completed stop the work and when the payment was made we never saw same manpower and same rhythm which we saw before.

These guys used to really cut short on the manpower which might save their money, but upon making a personal request to increase manpower still it NEVER EVER happened.

Mr. Shubham who handled our project never said NO for any work but always did the work as the way he wanted in the pace he wanted.. He was always concerned about the payment but never thought of the development of the work and was never even seen on the site to check the status of the work.

The basic estimates were giving by Mr. Shubham were so convincing that ANYONE could fall for it but later we realised the estimates were provided for the product which someone will NEVER ACCEPT in their house and ends up buying decent products which technically you will end up paying more..
Mr. Jay was handled the project as a site contractor..
His role was the keep a site under control with day to day requirment for which he was least bothered as he was following the SPECIAL instructions from Mr. Shubham and the result was WORK AT THE SITE WAS TAKING ALL ITS TIME..

We completely understand Payment was done as per milestone achieved but if any delays were caused in the same would result in delays which were completely not accepted and out of our expectations, even after the payment were done, we had to keep a strong follow up to get the work set back on track. LIKE HAVE TO BEG FOR IT !!

Ms Kesar was our Interior designer from their team, she was so decided and enthusiastic for her work that once the project was completely she didn't even bother to check the site or show a visit to see how things have settled up post completion of the project, she was completely clueless with her designs as she was planning to Paint whole house in White colour and all white interior even though we had asked for a colourful combinations, she was clueless on space saving concept which might have resulted our living room to look absolutely conjugated, BUT LUCKILY WE DIDN'T LET THAT HAPPENED, At the end majority of the colour combination and space saving concept come out of our side rather then she showing her expertise..

Mr. Yadava who is owner of this company was clueless during the meeting which was held for the selection of laminates, he was least bothered to know the budget and ended up wasting time by more than and hour by showing most expensive laminates..

After the completion of the project as promised for the Deep cleaning with so much of technicalities explained for the same the output was phtetic for the proof I have attached some pictures with this review, so have to asked them to get the cleaning done again..

Once the project is handled over this guys were least bothered to know the difficulties we faced as they were just intrested and focused on the photoshoot to show world how superior they are..

Till date I still haven't got my pending works done as they wanted to get the photoshoot of the project.

Finally we decided to post a review and share the experience around so that people around take a wise decision to interact with them..

I wished someone could had shared their REAL experience to us before we handed our project to them....

I have attached few pictures in which you the quality of the work is observed.
-They way paint is getting pealed off.
-The way ceiling wallpaper getting damaged even after changing it with the previous worst fitting.
- False ceiling work has already developed major cracks.
