No body answers the call on the given number tried to call at Mumbai HO also. No FC kr statement given till now. No ones available to coordinate here at surat itc branch. All I get to know is mumbai branch handles the FC matter we can do nothing in it and then what no ones responsible for the service request. Worst bank ever. Extremely disappointed with @HomeFirstFinance. Applied for loan foreclosure on 1 Feb, after earlier January request. It’s been weeks with no statement issued, yet EMIs keep getting charged. Branch Vaishali Nagar Jaipur gives no timeline — only “system protocol.” Why delay when customer wants to repay and close loan? This is unfair and stressful.
