Hi Team,
We gifted an electric armchair from your store in Pheonix Home centre for parents.
They were very excited about it but since it's been delivered they haven't been able to use it. They have been calling the customer care for resolution of three months and the staff were very rude to them. My parents are retired, they have been asked to go to the store to pick up the credit note, after such a horrible service they have been forced to purchase something even if they don’t want. They just need a refund.
Can I please talk to someone to resolve this, this is very frustrating, that we can't speak to anyone who can help us resolve soon. They will be travelling in 2 weeks.
I would genuinely appreciate your help.

Went to buy a photo frame which was 249 Rs for a pair. They didn't have the pair so asked if I could buy one for the MRP 125 Rs. This was a display piece. The store clerk at checkout said I could and when he tried it showed 249Rs on the machine. He was unable to rectify it and asked another how to do it. The other clerk replied that I could get a 15 percent discount instead on the full price i.e. Rs 249. Wished there was zero star as I never experienced such bad customer service. Will never visit again. Make sure you check prices before you buy or else will be fleeced.
All salesperson here are lazy and uninterested, they are busy gossiping amongst themselves, always doing timepass on phone even if customers are around. They don’t move a muscle to help customers if we genuinely want to purchase furnitures. No one is there to manage such lousy staff behaviour. Extremely disappointed. I doubt the authenticity of google reviews for this outlet.
Pathetic staff, ruined my evening. Even the manager doesn't know how to talk to customers. I was sitting on a sofa which was close to the entrance, only for 5 mins and the security guard asked me to get up rudely saying that no one is allowed to sit there. It was annoying, we don't go to homecentre to ruin our evening. Then I complained about that to the manager so her started to say things like "We can check the security camera to see how long you were sitting there for".
I have purchased many things from homecentre but now I'm not going to buy a single thing from a place that treats customers like trash.
