This company is a complete fraud! I had called them for repairing my Amazon Basics dishwasher. They sent a technician who took ₹6,160 for the repair, but my machine is still not working. Now, whenever I try to contact the company, they either say it’s the wrong number or disconnect my call. Please don’t trust them — they are unprofessional and have no knowledge of appliance repair
These people are running a business with people who are not trained, have no knowledge , tell lies. But they will make sure that you pay in advance. I suffered immensely by providing my trust on them as they say they service all major brands. After their service of my Hitachi refrigerator - they have made it worse and now i have to spend double the amount to get it right.
Dont trust them. If you have no option always question the credibility of the person they send - its your asset, your money - so no harm in evaluating their skills and credentials before they touch your asset
If possible - avoid them alltogether
I liked the service provided by Hone Appliances Service Centre. Effective and accurate solution was shared for my problem without any unnecessary offerings. They have inventory for all parts which avoids the waiting time. Will definitely choose them in future recommend them to my friends & family.
Very punctual and nice person thank you and also explain what we need to do next they also think about customer money... I am very happy with there service
The person came and dint even open the machine and diagnosed the problem in 10 mins by just opening the bucket and asked me that it will take 4200 for mechanism replacement and charged me 200 rs just for checking it without solving any problem. Next guy i called charged me nothing for diagnosis and repaired my machine in 1600 rs. So beware of such people who charge exorbitantly. Always take 2nd opinion before spending so much.
