Very Good TPA , Cashless Claim Very Quick , Pre & Post Claim Very Quick , Total Satisfaction 100%
The most horrible TPA ever. No approvals were given unless escalated. Call center is the worst ever known to me - disconnects automatically after 3 mins and no bothers to call back. It's over 2 months since discharge and they haven't settled the claim with hospital. I have topup from another company any can't claim that until this claim is settled.
NO ONE SHOULD EVER OPT FOR THIS TPA.
They deserve a zero rating, 1 rating is way too much for them.
Pathetic service... Waiting entire day for approval on discharge day from hospital. Still no approval had to wait for next day. Customer service kept on saying wait for 30 mins from 3pm till midnight but no approval on cashless claim received
I have got really bad experience dealing with health india related to the medical tests that are assigned before policy sanctions. Irregular and unprofessional behaviour with regards to booking appointments- don't book what you request but still have an option of booking your desired time and lab. Which they totally don't follow. The labs assigned are 3.2 or 2.5 rating and the reason given is the only available labs for policies in that city. The person collecting samples will bother you and change timing according to their will and you will get a msg stating that you have missed your appointment when the changes are made from their end. It was a frustrating experience. Please don't opt for them.
Extremely Disappointed with TPA Service – Avoid if You Can
My father was recently admitted to the hospital due to a heart attack, and dealing with the health insurance TPA was an absolute nightmare during an already stressful time.
I received a claim acknowledgement at 12:56 PM, but despite multiple follow-ups, no approval was provided even by 8 PM. When I finally reached customer care, I was told that the claim was pending because they required the last 4 years of policy documents. Shockingly, there was no prior communication about this requirement — not an email, SMS, or call.
To make matters worse, the representative bluntly stated, “claim approve nahi hoga,” as if it was the customer’s fault. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to keep 4 years of past policies handy during a medical emergency.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any TPA — unresponsive, unprofessional, and lacking empathy. Strongly advise others to think twice before trusting your health insurance needs to them
