I received tiffin two days properly and on third day I received only sabzi and chapati was missing. I complained but no response received. I then stopped placing order but then too no action was taken. Pathetic service.
Whatever food charges displayed here are totally misleading. In each meal they add Rs. 40 as a delivery charge, though you agreed to pick it from them and not opting for delivery. That means Rs. 40 is hidden charges that they levy on each order.
I was very disappointed with the service provided by them. I ordered 2 meals for my elderly mother on a trial basis.The dinner was delivered at 21:30 instead 20:00. By then she had consumed food she had to
Manage by herself and the lunch they provided next was missing the dal and raita and they expected her to wait again so they could redeliver the missing food. This is the unprofessional service ever.
NOT RECOMMENDED! Today was the first day of my trial order. I had signed up for the full meal which was supposed to contain 2 vegetables, dal, rice, accompaniment and roti.
1) One vegetable was NOT SENT.
2) The other item sent as a vegetable was CHOLE! Is CHOLE A VEGETABLE?
3) After informing them that the second vegetable had not been sent, I was told it would be delivered in 10 minutes(I live close to the tiffin service place). It was delivered after almost an hour. Seems like the vegetable prepared for the day must have been over because what I received was PANEER BHURJI. AGAIN NOT A VEGETABLE!
4) The item sent as a dal was a WATERY KADHI with nothing in it. Is KADHI A DAL?
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the food that has been sent.
The INFORMATION OF THE ITEMS IN THE MEAL IS MISLEADING ON THE WEBSITE.
Glad that I signed up for only the 5 days trial. I would NOT RECOMMEND this tiffin service
Very good homely food. The taste is very good, and it's comforting, will remind you of your mom's food. Great for people living away from home, very simple and clean, not spicy or oily at all. Also, the rate is very reasonable as compared to other tiffin services, and the customer service is really good. 10/10 recommended.
