⚠️ ⚠️ Dont purchase chase their OPD insurance alone or compine with any other insurance schme, they only have general physician, very very hard to find specialist like ORTHO, Eye, Cardiologist.
Its simply waste of time and your money. Reimbursement also not available.
Pathetic service, dont book for any medical test, they will not refund your money. They dont respond to your mail also . Total Fraud
Extremely poor service. They have signed MOU with us and taken bank account details to process for the payment of health check up of client and still have not done payment even after one year. And later they are acting as if they don't know anything about it and are asking for details again. They are a bunch of fraudsters totally unfit to be in professional health insurance business. Extremely disappointing.
worst customer service team they are giving false appointment booking for health checkup. when the appointment dates arrives nearer they keep on rescheduling or cancelling. while contacting the customer service they simply not responding or cutting the call after 10sec when connected without any word. after this a msg from them as "unsuccessfull in contacting you to schedule a appointment". simply they are looting money from insurance company we opted without giving any service.
Worst service. Firstly they will call you that your test center has been booked for the desired date and time. Once you reach there the test center denies that they the service is booked. After 2 hrs of argument the service is booked.
Then the reports which are to be received in 48 hrs will never be sent to you in 48 hrs despite the test center sending the reports to health assure the same day of test being conducted.
Health assure will just provide lame excuses of why the reports are not being sent to the consumer.
