We have been using Healkin for the past 6 months for both home nursing support and caregiver services, and our experience has been consistently excellent. The staff has been professional, compassionate, dependable, and extremely patient in handling day-to-day care needs.
What truly stands out is the responsiveness and sense of responsibility of their coordination team. On one occasion, due to an unforeseen last-minute issue with the scheduled nurse for the next day, Krithika went the extra mile late at night and arranged a replacement to ensure there was absolutely no disruption in care. That level of commitment and ownership gave us tremendous peace of mind.
Over the months, we have found the nurses to be clinically competent and attentive, while the caregivers have been warm, respectful, and genuinely caring towards the patient and family alike. Managing home care over an extended period can be stressful, and having a reliable agency like this has made a meaningful difference for us.

Sister Stella has helped us a lot with our 93 years old mother in the home and when mom would go to the office.
She is very pleasant and Mom has loved her company.
Even Namita who organised her services was very helpful and polite.
Only, wish you would charge the same rate as other nursing agencies, as yours is Rs 400 higher than other nursing agencies.
