The owner was very helpful in getting our bike delivered
Totally agree with this review. We faced the exact same issue — very rude behavior from the owner and no proper service or support after selling the bike. It looks like they are just interested in taking money and not in customer satisfaction. People should be very careful before buying anything from Harnek Motors, Powai.
I had a very bad experience with Harnek Motors in Powai. We purchased a new electric bike (Honda brand) from them, but the bike was not working properly right from the beginning. Despite repeated complaints, the issue was never resolved.
When we returned the bike, the owner promised to replace it with a new one — but kept delaying and started behaving very rudely. Later, when we asked for a refund, he flatly refused.
This kind of unprofessional and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. It feels like they are scamming customers with faulty electric bikes. I strongly advise everyone not to buy any vehicle from Harnek Motors, Powai. Please be careful before dealing with this showroom.

Few signatures and vaild documents we are ready to hit the road with all required documents as guidelined by RTO... loan and other requirements were taken care aptly..
Follow-up done by them timely. What more to expect so....
