Got my Blaupunkt 3000 PRO – DOT fog lamps installed on my Alcazar, and the experience was excellent. From explaining the product to setting up the proper relay & separate fuse, everything was handled professionally. Clean wiring, proper load management, and zero jugaad work 👍
They also arranged the correct bracket for perfect projector fitment — alignment is spot on, no vibrations.

If there were an option to give zero stars, this business would have earned it without any effort.One star feels generous for the kind of experience we went through.
The work quality was cheap and below basic standards, and the team conveniently disappeared on weekends because they “needed holidays,” causing avoidable delays and broken commitments. Service was not delivered as promised, and the entire process felt like a complete lack of planning and professionalism.
What really crossed the line was the owner’s reaction when my wife posted an honest negative review. Instead of addressing the issues, the owner chose to threaten us with a police complaint, and I even received a call from the police department over this nonsense. The officers and I ended up laughing at how childish the approach was. I have call recordings and screenshots to back every word.
Looking at my experience, it is hard to believe how some of the glowing reviews for this place could reflect real work or real service. For us, it was a total chaos from start to finish: commitments not honoured, timelines ignored, and absolutely no sense of accountability. Overall, a complete mess of an experience and a shop best avoided if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Nilesh is an ace at customer service and satisfaction as well as his knowledge of car mechanics. Would highly recommend - he’s great with wide body kits, headlamp assembly upgrades, dashcam installation, and many more mods.

I had done my research before hand but was open to suggestions from him.
The experience has been really satisfying. Nilesh is genuine and honest guy considering the after-sales being most infamous for its dealings.
