Loved my experience at Hair Castle! Got my hair coloured here and the service was amazing. The team really understood what I wanted and suggested the perfect shade. Colour came out so even and natural looking. Staff was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Totally worth it!

I had such a wonderful experience with Vaishali—she truly does an exceptional job every single time. I visited today for a split ends hair trimming session, and from start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable. She was warm, polite, and even offered snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch.

She did an amazing job with my hair, just like she did when I visited a month ago for my botoliss treatment. On that occasion as well, I specifically chose Vaishali, and she did not disappoint. She explained everything so clearly, provided a perfect consultation, and carried herself with utmost professionalism.

I genuinely can’t recommend Vaishali enough—she’s incredibly skilled and attentive. I would recommend her and Hair Castle a thousand times over!

Worst salon ever. My friend recommend me to visit this salon at least once so I went there and did protein treatment. Absolutely worst experience. I have been doing protein treatment since 3 years from enrich n never had such bad experience. The products which hair castle is using are of no class or god knows what is happening there. I am colouring my hair since very long now so when the protein treatment was done they became red/copper like which I know happens every time I do treatment and Cannot colour my hair immediately as it recommend after few weeks but the idiots seating on reception chair (so called staff) started laughing n giggling looking at my hair. They are so unprofessional. I never had such experience in Enrich. Serving food, giving leg massage will not make you professional. The way you treat your customer matters the most.

Worst experience till date.

I have never faced such unprofessional behaviour anywhere else.

While booking my appointment, I was charged ₹5,000 in advance a day prior, with the explanation that this would include a hair expert consultation, followed by treatment, haircut, and root touch-up/hair colour. I was also told that if I got late, the amount would not be refunded, which already felt excessive.

I reached exactly on time. I first consulted the hair expert, who explained things well and addressed my concerns. However, when I confirmed about my haircut, the owner/head, Hardik Malde, intervened and repeated the same explanations already given by multiple people. He then stated that it wouldn’t be possible within the time and that an experienced hair expert would not be available for my haircut—despite this being clearly promised during booking.

When I refused to get my haircut done by an inexperienced person and reminded them of the commitment made on call, his behaviour turned rude and aggressive. At one point, I was told to “just do the haircut and go home,” which was shocking and highly unprofessional.

My main concerns were never properly understood or addressed. During the root touch-up, when I mentioned I liked the colour and would prefer highlights done by an experienced expert, I was openly told not to take membership and not to come back again. I was insulted in front of other clients and staff, which was extremely disrespectful.

All I wanted was genuine guidance—a subtle, classy look with volume for frontal thinning and a soft hair colour to hide greys. Instead, I received a basic trim with no real styling or expert input.

I am a doctor myself and treat my patients with respect and patience, answering all their queries regardless of how small they may seem. Unfortunately, the same basic courtesy was completely missing here.

Overpriced, overhyped, and extremely unprofessional management with extremely manner less,rude,aggressive,disrespectful and egoistic owner.
Would strongly recommend choosing places where clients are treated with respect and their concerns are genuinely heard.

I recently visited Hair Castle and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and they really paid attention to what I wanted. I got a haircut and I must say, the result was amazing—it gave me exactly the look I was hoping for! The service was smooth, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it felt like I was in safe hands.
