Very disappointing experience.
We got CCTV cameras installed by this company, but sadly, there is absolutely no after-sales service. The person "Umesh Gadge" only chats on WhatsApp, gives multiple excuses, and never turns up—even after he himself promises to come on specific days. We've been following up for weeks, but there’s been no resolution or support. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
Terrible After-Sales Service
We got cameras installed at our cloud kitchen from this company, but the after-sales service is non-existent. The cameras stopped working properly, and every time we reach out, they just make false promises saying someone will come on a certain day — but no one ever shows up. The team keeps fooling us with delays and excuses. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid them.
