We have been purchasing Chilli masala from this shop for last 3 years by visiting their shop. They have a good system of purchasing and transparent process of turning the red chilies in powder form (masala). Spices are fresh and authentic. The shop is generally crowded and they provide sitting arrangement outside the shop.
Other shops also give good quality spices with same money so nothing great about khamkar. Also one thing to share please confirm supplied spices weight is correct few days back I purchased termeric from their shop ( haldi is 440 rs kg plus 100 rs per kg is grinding charges)same powdered in their shop, before handing over to me their worker removed one big spoon of haldi out of it same time I was not knowing it was my packet but when he handed over to me it was short in weight. I spoke to cashier and protest on their behaviour.next time onward I m not going to shop any product from them .
I was buying their product last 4 years on belief from their shop from lalbagh. But now I am verymuch disappointed with their action. If you charge money give right quantity and quality.
As per recent order placed found the Customer Service very weak & less attentive....
Given a specific person / team to respond found their response is very poor.
Have conveyed this to the owner & shared my experience with their customer service manager.
Hoping for improvement on that as well...
Otherwise the Masala taste is good..
Masala is really tasty ..I always order online and packaging is also good but this time when I ordered 2 kgs of malavani special masala...1kg package each ....out of 2..one came broken...disappointed this time
