I worked at this company for 2 years. The workplace itself is decent and it can be a good place to gain experience in the beginning.
However, there are several serious issues. Employees are frequently asked to work overtime, and Sundays are treated as regular working days without proper compensation or respect for personal time. There are also no salary increments, which makes it difficult to feel valued or motivated.
The biggest concern is the work culture. Manager behaviour is too much unproffessional Many employees are treated poorly, and communication from management is often rude and unprofessional. In particular, one manager lacks basic professionalism and often uses inappropriate language while speaking to staff, which creates a very uncomfortable and negative environment.
Overall, while the place may offer some initial learning, there is a strong need for improvement in management behavior, employee respect, and work-life balance.
Overall its good for some period of time
