Very unprofessional service by the cordinator Ominderd at GoAid mumbai. we were sent a non ac ambulence at 2.45 pm in the afternoon and were demaded extra money when requested to switch it on. They intentionally hide information from you to seek opportunity to demand extra. Information like its a small ambulence not a big one, no wheel chair and the condition of the vehicle isn't great were not diacussed upfront. I had to go through an ordeal especially when I was taking a Senior citizen home. Made a terrible mistake booking with them. Would not recommend their services at all.
One of the best ambulance service i got for my mom.
My mom was not able to sit or walk but she want to go to gujarat from mumbai, approx 710km.
I booked a goaid ambulance and everything was so perfect.
Everything and every service was beyond my imagination.

Excellent service to transfer patient from Hospital in Mumbai to Pune.But cant say about the ambulance reaching in time at spot in case of emergency having a personal vehicle is must.
