I am a practicing doctor, and I had a deeply unprofessional experience with a Glenmark representative.
Without my consent, he entered my clinic and placed a product pamphlet right next to my GPay card, in the patient waiting area — a highly visible space. He then took a photo, presumably to report a “visit” to his company.
This kind of behavior is completely unethical. Any material displayed in a clinic, especially near billing areas, must be placed only with the doctor’s permission.
I have now banned all Glenmark representatives from my clinic. I expect better training and accountability from a company of this size.
Well connected. Very close to western expressway. JB Nagar Metro station is not far away; but is not walking distance. Andheri Station too is not far away; during peak hours traffic can be killing.
