I have been taking get look services since 5 years but from last one year I am not liking their services at all. They have regular and premium beautician option and I am selecting regular always but from last 5 srvices they are sending girls who doesn’t even know how to wax. So if you select regular beautician then it’s your luck you might find a good or pathetic one. This has been continued for me from last 3 services. I am now done, and going to yes madam from next appointment onwards.
I recently had manicure, pedicure, and waxing services done by Khesika Rai from Get Look, and I had a great experience. She was very professional, polite, and made sure everything was done neatly and hygienically. The service was comfortable and the results were really good.
I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly service. I would definitely recommend Khesika Rai from Get Look for anyone looking for quality beauty services.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the home salon service I recently availed from your company.
Unfortunately, the service provided was far below acceptable professional standards. The stylist appointed for the service was extremely unprofessional and did not maintain proper hygiene throughout the session. The overall quality of the service was very poor and has been one of the worst salon experiences I have had so far.
Additionally, I was strongly dissatisfied with the way products were pushed during the service. Customers should not be misled or pressured into purchasing products purely for personal gain. This reflects poorly on the credibility of your brand.
More concerning is the physical discomfort caused during the service. Due to improper handling, the skin in my underarm area was peeled, resulting in severe burning and irritation. This has caused significant discomfort and distress.
I strongly urge you to review and improve the training, professionalism, and hygiene standards of your stylists, as well as the overall quality of your services.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend your service to others unless serious corrective measures are taken.

I did a glow up from tip to toe package..and got really good services from Ms Smriti Iohar. She came 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment which shows her professionalism and promptness.Then she was efficient with all the services provided. She was very patient even though there were interruptions in between the services. She is really good at her work and was quite impressive. I had availed multiple services, including Korean bikini waxing (Brazilian), Korean waxing for arms, legs, and underarms, threading, and a Kiwi facial. Upon booking the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt confirmation. Within a few hours, my salon specialist, Mamta, was assigned. On the day of the appointment, she ensured to call ahead of her scheduled arrival, which I found extremely professional and reassuring.
Mamta arrived fully equipped. Fromthe very beginning, her approach reflected expertise, patience, and genuine care for client comfort. Having had several disappointing experiences with other salons, where waxing was rushed, excessively painful, and often resulted in bumps, irritation, and even long-term darkening of underarms, I was understandably apprehensive.
However, Mamta was exceptionally gentle. The Brazilian waxing, which is usually an extremely uncomfortable experience, was carried out with minimal discomfort. She was patient, attentive, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. There was no irritation, no bumps, and no lingering sensitivity.
Her threading was equally tidy and accurate, and the Kiwi facial left my skin feeling refreshed, cleansed, and visibly brighter without any harsh reactions.
The products used throughout the session were new, sealed, and of professional, high-grade quality. Hygiene standards were strictly maintained, which is particularly important in home salon services.
Overall, my experience was comfortable, and deeply satisfying. I would rate this service a perfect 10/10 without hesitation.
I would wholeheartedly recommend both the platform and Mamta to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality salon services in the comfort of their home.
