Do NOT trust this company. The technician replaced all my filters and, worse, swapped a perfectly working spare part with an older, used one. This is extremely dishonest. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times regarding this issue, and they are completely unresponsive. Avoid at all costs."

I wish i could give 0 stars , most Pathetic service fraud people they just charge you extra for nothing there technician comes and changes the parts without informing & then they ask whatever amount they want to they are scammers . Products are not genuine and fake plus they demand for 10 times extra for it. Since i have taken their service my ro has never worked properly every month there’s something wrong with it they come & ask for money.
Specifically the guy Vivek he is the most pathetic unprofessional , do not take their service unless you want to get scammed.
