I had a very disappointing experience with Future Generali Insurance. The service is extremely poor and unprofessional. After purchasing the policy, it has been very difficult to get any proper support.
I tried contacting the Mumbai Vikhroli branch multiple times, but my calls were not answered and I did not receive clear information regarding my policy. In particular, Mrs. Vanshika and Mr. Pawan Sharma did not provide proper responses to my queries.
Before purchasing the policy, many promises were made regarding benefits and bonuses, but after buying the insurance, there has been no proper guidance or communication.
I strongly suggest that people carefully verify all details before investing money in any insurance policy. Customer service and transparency should be much better than what I experienced.
Very very worst service, ( life insurance) after taking premium, not ready to share the policy copy, not ready to attend the call or guide properly, tele caller asks for 8 digit policy number, but in the poilcy 7 digit number alone provided and the phone number mentioned in the poilcy is entered it says, it is wrong. Horrible
Disgraceful, diabolical, misleading Insurer! The company representatives will promise the moon in order to acquire business, call incessantly until they have drawn money out of your pocket for the Insurance Premium and then disappear in to wilderness. Yes you will see the company representatives then popping up when the Insurance Policy needs renewal for the self service oriented employees now need bonus and commissions. These statements are based on a track record of last 3 years but now it is Good Bye for sure for 2024. You will also come across a stretch of 'Maze' when seeking the free medical tests for the Insured for you will get a host of calls from call centers where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The diagnostic centers could be bearing strange names authenticity and credibility of which would be vaguely known to you as a common man. Health & Life are too precious to be left to Insurers with questionable credibility!

worst insurance company. My renewal is pending since 18 days. my policy is expired. last 1 month I am trying to connect to the customer care they are just telling me one sentence "ho jayega mam it is pending for approval". Since 18 days they are just taking approval only. Even I have mailed them the only reply comes from there side is it will done in 2 working days. Don't knows when the 2 days are going to get over.
