Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited My elderly father is pleading for his money which is pending for refund since one & half months with your Mumbai branch. The policy was issued with erroneous details which was your team's fault namely Harsh, Zainab & others. The policy had to be cancelled. The managers had assured to refund the money within 7 working days (via written email) it's more than one month now & he is still waiting for his refund. Everyday my father is following up with your team & he is getting the same response i.e. it'll be done tomorrow & that tomorrow has never arrived I guess from one & half months. He has even escalated this issue but no action has been taken yet. This is nothing but harassment of an elderly person by your staff. He is unnecessarily getting harassed without his fault.
I had car insurance in future general insurance but it was not cleaned, after 4 months I get a call that you do not have insurance, who can get it, the company is very useless, the staff is very bad

I BOUGHT CAR FROM DEALER ON 20TH August 2020 . Car transfer process was done and was waiting for Orignal RC copy to arrive to update insurance policy but remeber if you are unlucky and had accident then be prepared to pay from your own pocket .
Future Generali being on verge of bank corrupt i learned the lession never ever buy policy from such company who just don't understand and blame customer for rejecting claim.
I am prepared to provide all proof of anyone wants to know more about the Future Generali Fraudsters activities...
This insurance co. has come out with a New Mediclaim Top up plan . It has all the feature of the basic policy and premium is very attractive.
The Vector insurance is also very good Benefit policy with premium of just ₹ 1633/- for insurance of ₹ 75000/-. It take cares of 6- 7 mosquito related diseases like Dengu, Malaria etc
